The space will be thoughtfully prepared with candles, flowers, stones, and representations of the four elements, creating a peaceful atmosphere that encourages inward focus. The ceremony begins with a shamanic blessing of the space and participants, setting a clear and supportive intention for healing and release. At this gathering, our collective focus will be on healing relationships, with others and with ourselves.

A gentle shamanic cleansing follows, incorporating rhythmic drumming, rattles, and an herbal sweep. This non-invasive practice supports emotional balance and energetic clarity, allowing what no longer serves to softly fall away.

Ceremonial cacao will then be shared. Revered in Mesoamerican traditions as a sacred heart-centered plant, cacao supports inner awareness, emotional openness, and conscious reflection.
