Shamanic Mesa Feeding is a sacred Andean ritual that nourishes and strengthens the living energy of a shaman’s mesa (medicine bundle or altar). The mesa holds sacred stones, prayers, and spiritual tools that carry the practitioner’s lineage, intentions, and healing work.

During a mesa feeding, offerings such as flowers, herbs, seeds, sacred waters, incense, or symbolic foods are given in gratitude and reciprocity. Prayers are spoken, intentions are renewed, and the mesa is energetically cleansed and re-empowered.

This ceremony honors the principle of ayni—sacred reciprocity—maintaining balance between the healer, the spirits of nature, and the unseen realms. It is both an act of devotion and a way to keep the medicine strong, clear, and aligned for continued healing work.
