The mesa holds sacred stones\, prayers\, and spiritual tools that carry the practitioner’s lineage\, intentions\, and healing work. \nDuring a mesa feeding\, offerings such as flowers\, herbs\, seeds\, sacred waters\, incense\, or symbolic foods are given in gratitude and reciprocity. Prayers are spoken\, intentions are renewed\, and the mesa is energetically cleansed and re-empowered. \nThis ceremony honors the principle of ayni—sacred reciprocity—maintaining balance between the healer\, the spirits of nature\, and the unseen realms.
